Our Chefs
All of our chefs have held senior positions in Michelin kitchens and use the most up-to-date cooking techniques. All are extremely personable and happy to answer any questions you may have about the preparation of your dishes. They each have an eye for detail and will present your dishes beautifully, along with cooking them perfectly, while creating extraordinary flavour profiles.
We also have access to a number of celebrity chefs holding Michelin stars, if your occasion requires a highly elite chef.
Wine and Sommeliers
We work with some of London’s finest sommeliers who have held positions in London’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. They understand the importance of selecting the perfect wines to complement your dishes. If you choose to include a wine flight, your sommelier could be there for your event and will interact with your guests, explaining tasting notes and the backgrounds of their chosen wines. Alternatively, they can prepare your wine flight and your waiter will happily serve your wines without the explanation, if you prefer. We have three tiers to select from: Classic, Prestige, and Speciality.
Service Team
All of our waiters and bartenders have extensive experience in Michelin restaurants, five-star hotels, and luxury establishments. All extremely friendly and unassuming. They will read your room perfectly, understanding if your guests would like privacy or prefer to interact. Service will be of the highest level, sharp and organised. If you would like to offer some cocktails ahead of your meal, or throughout your canapé party, we can provide bartenders who will create bespoke cocktails or serve the classics, as you wish.
Pâtissiers
We have incredible pastry chefs for celebration cakes and afternoon teas. If you are celebrating a birthday, we can offer a bespoke cake to add to the occasion. We will share flavours and decoration ideas to create the perfect aesthetic for your theme.
Cooking Experiences
We can organise for our chefs to come to your home or venue to teach, either one-on-one or in a group. They will provide inspiration and knowledge for savoury dishes, sauces, desserts, and pastry work. You may need to learn the very basics. The lesson will be tailored to your exact requirements.
Event Styling & Entertainment
We can hire crockery, cutlery, and glassware to ensure each dish sits perfectly and enhances the aesthetic. High-end china and glassware will set the tone for your meal. We work closely with florists who can bring your vision to life. Detailed tablescapes and candles will elevate your table and create a fantastic ambience for your party. If you require entertainment, we have access to some of the most professional musicians, singers, DJs, and also magicians.
